Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production & Quality Controller to join our team at AL WATAN, a leading glass and aluminium factory. The successful candidate will oversee production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards to deliver high-quality glass and aluminium products to our clients. Responsibilities: Oversee the production process for glass and aluminium products, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing, to ensure efficiency and quality. Implement and enforce quality control procedures and standards to maintain product integrity and meet customer requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify and address any quality issues or deviations. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to production schedules. Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures, product specifications, and safety protocols. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to implement improvements in production processes and product designs. Develop and maintain documentation and records related to production processes, quality control activities, and product specifications. Handle customer complaints and concerns related to product quality, working closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards for glass and aluminium manufacturing. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations in product quality. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate production teams. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment. A diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or a related field is preferred.
