Description

Greet clients as they arrive at the office and inquire into their purpose of visit Respond to clients’ questions and concerns regarding available vehicles for rent Show clients available vehicles and provide them with insight into the pros and cons of each available vehicles. Dealing with customer inquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles Assist clients in deciding which vehicle to rent based on budget limitations and personal preferences. Obtain client information such as name and contact details and assisting them in filling out the required forms and documents Taking reservations and explaining the terms of rental or leasing agreements. Listen to customer complaints to recommend solutions/advice useful in resolving service issue. Completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments. Ascertain that all supporting information and documents are available at the time of client registration Provide periodic reports on sales activities to keep management abreast on sales progress. Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities.
